Q: What kind of coffee do you sell?
A: We offer premium, small-batch roasted coffee — available in dark, medium, light, and decaf roasts. Each blend is crafted to fuel performance, focus, and flavor with no gimmicks.
Q: Are your beans fresh?
A: Always. Our coffee is roasted to order and shipped fresh — never sitting on a shelf. Every bag you receive is packed within days of roasting.
Q: Can I choose whole bean or ground?
A: Yes. You can select whole bean, ground, or espresso grind for each blend on the product page.
📦 Orders & Shipping
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Orders are roasted and shipped within 3–5 business days. Standard delivery in the U.S. usually takes 2–4 days after roasting.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship anywhere in the U.S. International shipping is coming soon!
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer free shipping on orders over $50.
🔁 Returns & Issues
Q: Can I return or exchange coffee?
A: Because coffee is a perishable product, we don’t accept returns. But if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right — just reach out to us at support@ovrtimeroast.com.
Q: What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
A: Contact us ASAP at support@ovrtimeroast.com. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update the address. If it has shipped, we’ll do our best to help reroute or re-ship.
